ALOK PORWAL is a Trained Theatre Professional from India's most reputed institute: NATIONAL SCHOOL OF DRAMA (NSD). He is working in Theatre & Film Industry for more than 28 years as an Actor-Writer-Director-Producer & Acting Trainer.

He also worked as a SENIOR ACTING FACULTY for Anupam Kher’s Acting School:-‘ACTOR PREPARES’, Balaji Telefilm's academy-'ICE', 'Vidur's Acting Institute' & others in  MUMBAI.

He has worked with INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS (IB, IGCSE etc.) as an “Educationist, Cultural Event Director & Performing Arts Educator”. 

Apart from this, he Judged the Reality show@ Mumbai AUDITIONS for IBD (India's Best Dramebaaz) & conducted many workshops in Mumbai as ‘Acting Coach’ for professional film Actor-Actress, Corporate Professionals, MBAs and College Students. His professional journey as an artist has covered many aspects like – Acting, Writing, Direction, Painting & Production in different arena like Feature Films, Tele Series & Theatre.

His work experience as an Actor comprises - HOLLYWOOD  TELE  SERIES, FILMS, TV & THEATRE, which provided him an opportunity to work with known Indian film directors like Shoojit Sirkar, Anurag Basu, Amol Palekar, Rajdutt, Honey Irani, Dr. Chandrapraksh Dwivedi, Lekh Tandon & Mani Kaul to name a few.

As an Actor, he shared work space with famous personalities like Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Preity Zinta, Gracy Singh, Jimmy Shergil, Minisha Lamba, Saurabh Shukla, Yashpal  Sharma,  Mukesh  Tiwari, Harish Khanna, Casper Van Dien and many more.
